The Global Compact Network Germany and IGCC cordially invite the participation of MDs and Sustainability or CSR Officers especially of German subsidiaries and Joint Ventures in India for this one-day-seminar.

Despite rapid growth, companies operating in India are facing a number of sustainability challenges such as bribery, corruption, discrimination, inadequate working conditions in the supply chain and environmental degradation. Increasingly, Government, investors, shareholder, business partners, civil society and consumers expect companies of all sizes to have human rights due diligence processes in place, to know and show that they respect human rights.

To support (German) companies operating in India as well as their business partners in implementing these expectations, the Global Compact Network Germany will pilot a cross-sectoral introductory training. For more information kindly refer to the pdf-file which also includes the link for your registration. Kindly note that participation in this seminar is free of cost for you, however, a prior registration using the link in the pdf-file is compulsory for your participation as the number of seats is limited.
