- Optional: Designing and drafting of advertisement
- Place employment advertisement in newspapers, magazines and/or online job portals
- Place employment advertisement on our online job market and/or in our magazine ‘Indo-German Economy’
- screening of incoming applications according to defined evaluation criteria
- compilation of a first shortlist
- telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates
- documentation of the screening and interview results
- recommendation of candidates, compilation of final shortlist
- Scheduling and organisation of final interviews of the client with the candidates
- Compensation and Benefits: We create compensation packages for your employees according to Indian standards and industry benchmarks and assist in developing the employment contract
- Verification check: We help you find out in detail about your employees with respect to their education, previous employment, criminal charges (if any) and thorough reference check.
