Für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf suchen wir einen neuen Referenten (m/w/d). Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst sowohl die Beratung von deutschen Firmen beim Markteintritt in Indien, die Betreuung unserer Informationsdienste (Presselinkletter und Newsletter) und Publikationen, Vorträge auf indienbezogenen Wirtschaftsveranstaltungen, sowie die Organisation von Delegationsreisen nach Indien und nach Deutschland. Bewerber sollten über einen entsprechenden Hochschulabschluss sowie über Indienerfahrung verfügen. Die Stelle soll zeitnah besetzt werden.

  • Responsible for consulting companies comprehensively on all verticals of business advisory.
  • Act as the key account manager to ensure deliverables by business advisory teams.
  • Plan and manage business advisory budget, team & other resources to ensure projected income targets are achieved.

  • Lead and guide business advisory team across all IGCC offices to achieve expected results.
  • Review business proposals.

Job Description:

  • Advise professionals on employment in Germany through consultations and events.
  • Activate suitable candidates for HiH and coordinate their recruitment, recognition, and migration preparation process.
  • Support with the promotion of ProRecognition and Hand in Hand for International Talents and the project administration.

ProRecognition:

  • Process initial enquiries via phone, email, or social media and prepare case studies for cases of average or low difficulty, document the consultation, and follow-up with the candidate as per SOP.
  • Support the coordination, promotion, conduct, and documentation of information events and workshops.
  • Support with content ideation based on frequent client enquiries.

Hand in Hand (HiH) for International Talents:

  • Engage and accompany suitable candidates and support them with all kinds of enquiries, from initial contact until on-boarding in Germany.
  • Answer and keep track of HiH applications and maintain application updates in the database.
  • Organize and coordinate trainings and webinars for confirmed candidates. 
  • Engage in frequent exchange and coordination with DIHK and other project partners (ZAV, IHK FOSA, IHKs, other AHKS, ProRecognition, language course provider) regarding updates, language courses and job interviews of candidates and support in all reporting.

• Event Planning and Management: Assist in all aspects of Asia Pacific Conference (APK) event planning and execution.
• Event Promotion and Marketing: Support promotion of APK through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and internal communications.
• Attendee Management: Manage event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee databases. Communicate with participants, handling inquiries, and providing necessary event information and updates.
• Onsite Event Support: Assist with on-site event management, including registration desk setup, attendee check-in, and providing general event support. Coordinating with vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
