About the Role
The Executive, ProRecognition, Skilled Migration role is based in Pune and reports to Head, Skilled Migration.
Key responsibilities include
- Handle initial enquiries through email and calls
- Consulting professionals on recognition of Indian qualifications and employment in Germany, and regular follow-ups with high-potential individuals
- Communication and coordination with recognition authorities in Germany
- Online and offline documentation of processes and event protocols
- Create content for the website in the form of blog posts and articles
- Supporting with online and offline presentations
- Supporting with the project administration and controlling
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Graduation in any field, from a recognised university. Background in teaching/ counselling preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly engaging and empathetic with the ability and motivation to solve a variety of problems for clients
- Willingness to research and stay up to date on the latest trends in the Indian and German job market, keen on learning
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently multitask
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT
- Good working knowledge of social media management
Language Requirements
- German language proficiency CEFR C1 and above with fluent spoken and written communication skills
- English language proficiency CEFR C1 or a native speaker

This is a full-time internship for 2 months based in Bengaluru reports to the Regional Director, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Support events and startup initiatives
- Engage with startups and ecosystem partners
- Assist in startup sourcing and evaluation
- Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, and event materials
- Maintain stakeholder databases and trackers
- Provide execution support for ongoing programmes
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
