Program Coordinator, Indo-German Training Centre | Mumbai

About the Role

The Program Coordinator, Indo-German Training Centre is a full-time role based in Mumbai, India and reports to the Regional Director, Mumbai.

 

The full-time role based in Bengaluru, India and reports to the Regional Director, Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include  

1.      Programme Promotion & Outreach Support 

 

  • Support promotional activities for PGPBA, EBMP, Pathway Programme 
  • Assist in 
    • Organising outreach sessions, presentations, webinars, and information sessions 
    • Maintaining participant and student enquiry logs 
  • Respond to initial programme enquiries, counsel them and escalate to the program managers in case of any difficulty. 
  • Maintain structured records of leads, enquiries, and follow-ups. 

 

2.       Admissions & Enrolment Coordination 

 

  • Support the admissions and enrolment lifecycle across programmes, including: 
    • Application receipt and documentation checks 
    • Scheduling of entrance tests, interviews, and counselling sessions 

Coordination of participant onboarding for executive programmes 

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with applicants, participants, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Maintain admissions trackers and status reports. 

 

3.       Academic Coordination & Delivery Support 

 

  • Support academic delivery by: 
    • Coordinating session schedules and calendars 
    • Communicating session plans with faculty and participants 
    • Preparing attendance sheets and session documentation 
  • Assist in tracking participant attendance, assignment tracking, submission records, assessment coordination, programme milestones. 
  • Support academic logistics for both full-time and executive programmes; especially venue and logistics coordination for multi-location programmes 
  • Support capstone project coordination and documentation. 

 

4.       Administration, Infrastructure & Logistics Support 

 

  • Support day-to-day IGTC operations, including classroom readiness (AV setup, materials, seating) 
  • Coordinate for  
    • Supplies, stationery, pantry requirements 
    • Vendor coordination and service requests 
  • Ensure operational issues are flagged proactively and resolved in coordination with Managers. 

 

5.      Teamwork & Cross-Programme Coordination 

 

  • Work collaboratively with all IGTC Managers and colleagues. 
  • Support cross-programme coordination to avoid duplication and ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Contribute to a positive, structured, and professional team environment. 

 

6.      Student & Participant Grooming, Discipline & Indo-German Ethos  

 

  • Support in reinforcing discipline, punctuality, professional conduct, and Indo-German work ethics among students and executive participants during programme delivery. 

 

7.      Alumni Interface 

 

  • Support alumni engagement activities by assisting with communication, database updates, event coordination, and follow-ups. 

 

8.       Financial Interface (Petty Cash & Invoicing Support) 

 

  • Support basic financial administration by assisting with petty cash tracking, documentation, and coordination of basic invoicing and follow-ups in line with IGTC and IGCC financial processes. 

 

9.      Special Projects & Operational Support 

 

  • Support special projects, events, audits, and initiatives as assigned. 
  • Assist Managers in implementation of new processes, systems, or programme initiatives. 
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience
  • Graduate degree in Management / Commerce / Business Administration / Arts / Education or related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic administration, programme coordination, operations support, or institutional administration. Experience in structured documentation and process tracking preferred.

The Senior Executive, Functional Workshops role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and co-ordinating professional workshops across topics like HR, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. The job covers end-to-end logistics, stakeholder coordination, and moderator management, with broader support for the Events Department as needed.

 

The full-time role based in Mumbai, India and reports to the Senior Manager Events, Mumbai.

 

The full-time role based in Bengaluru, India and reports to the Regional Director, Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include  
  • We wish to set up a minimum of five different workshop formats, each shall lead to four or more functions per year: HR, Legal, Finance/Tax, Compliance, Sustainability, plus other formats, if required by the local membership base.
  • Creation of a project plan ensuring compliance with all defined project steps. Please bear in mind that we would like to organize a total of minimum 20 workshops per year in the region. Concentration on one workshop format at a time is advised.
  • In coordination with the Regional Director, identify one company representative for each workshop format. The designated representative will:
  • Support the preparation of the workshop as a subject matter expert (e.g. defining key topics and advising relevant representatives from the local administration to be invited).
  • Serve as moderator for all workshops within the respective format during the calendar year.
  • To ensure neutrality and effective facilitation, the moderator should not simultaneously act as a content presenter during the meetings. Implement and supervise all workshop activities.
  • Implementation of workshop concepts. The job holder is responsible for the meeting itinerary, the room booking (please note that such functions can be carried out in our office or at the premises of our membership companies), invitation of guests (HR Heads to HR functions – please note that existing databases may need upgrading), welcoming of guests and smooth execution of the individual workshops.
  • Regular internal evaluation of workshops with the Regional Director, which may lead to an optimization of internal work processes and workflows.
  • Contact person for partners and participants. Handle communication with the various workshop leaders / members. Responsible for timely coordination / execution of workshop formats.
  • Assist in the planning / execution of other functions of the Events Department, when needed.
  • Ensure timely and structured communication of all workshops and event details to the Communication team for publication in IGCC Website, Social media, Newsletter and other channels

About the Role

The Senior Executive, Market Intelligence is responsible for the planning, acquisition, implementation of delegation projects, with a primary operational focus on India and coordination with German partners and funding institutions.

 

The role covers the entire project lifecycle, including proposal development, acquisition of participants, market and technology analysis, programme planning, on-site execution, financial processing, and reporting in line with funding and compliance requirements.

 

The full-time role based in Pune, India and reports to the Senior Manager, Delegations.

Key responsibilities include  
  • Acquisition: Plan and manage the acquisition of Indian companies for delegations, assess suitability in line with project objectives, and identify relevant experts and speakers.
  • Market Intelligence: Define project-specific technology focus areas and prepare market analyses, and background papers based on desk research and expert consultations on market potential, regulation, and technology landscapes.
  • Programme Development: Coordinate pre-delegation communication, define delegation themes, dates, and locations with partners, and collect and review company profiles and materials for programme and B2B planning.
  • Marketing, B2B & Outreach: Maintain stakeholder databases, manage invitations and registrations, coordinate structured B2B meetings, and ensure timely preparation and dissemination of programmes, brochures, and delegate information.
  • Logistics & On-Site Coordination: Coordinate event logistics; and travel with the delegation to support participants on-site.
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, public policy, engineering, international relations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in international business cooperation formats.
  • Experience in organising business delegations, B2B meetings, or international events.
  • Experience with public funding schemes, tender procedures, and related compliance and reporting processes.

About the Role

The Manager, Marketing IGTC role is responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing and promotional activities for IGTC programmes. This is a holistic role encompassing brand positioning, digital and traditional marketing, content strategy, public relations, event management, market research, stakeholder engagement and corporate partnerships for marketing initiatives, while upholding the Indo-German ethos of quality, discipline, ethics, and professionalism.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India. This role reports to the Regional Director, Mumbai.

Key responsibilities include  

1. Strategic Marketing Planning and Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with IGTC’s institutional goals and programme objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning strategies
  • Define target audience segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns for different programmes and stakeholders

 

2. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy

  • Manage and optimize IGTC’s digital presence across website, social media platforms, email marketing and online advertising channels in alignment with IGCC branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update all programme-related promotional materials including brochures, leaflets, flyers, presentations, and exhibition collaterals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of programme information on the IGTC website and the IGTC dashboard.
  • Conceptualise and implement marketing initiatives that support programme promotion and admissions outreach.

 

3. Corporate Engagement and Partnership Marketing

  • Collaborate with corporate partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives and joint promotional activities

  • Create marketing collateral and presentations for corporate stakeholder meetings and partnership discussions
  • Showcase IGTC's placement records and industry connections to attract recruitment partners

 

4. Programme Promotion and Student Recruitment Support

  • Drive programme visibility and awareness across:
    • Colleges, universities and coaching institutes
    • Education providers (online and offline)
    • Education fairs, exhibitions, and relevant platforms
    • All individual inquiries coming through the digital platforms or word-of-mouth
  • Conduct presentations, outreach sessions, webinars, and information sessions for prospective students and working professionals.
  • Generate student leads and build a steady pipeline of applicants for IGTC programmes.
  • Track lead generation and conversion metrics throughout the student recruitment process

 

5. Event Management and Public Relations

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute IGTC events including orientation programmes, industry conclaves, alumni meets, and international partnership events
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, educational portals, and industry publications
  • Develop press releases, media kits, and manage media coverage for IGTC milestones and achievements
  • Represent IGTC at education fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance institutional visibility

 

6. Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Foster strong team spirit and collaborative working across IGTC.

Qualifications and Experience
