About Indo-German Chamber of Commerce
Established in 1956, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) – also known as AHK Indien – is part of the global network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs), with over 140 offices in 92 countries. AHKs are key players in promoting German foreign trade and business development on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Headquartered in Mumbai, we operate through six additional offices in New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Pune, and Düsseldorf.
This is a full-time internship for 2 months based in Bengaluru reports to the Regional Director, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Support events and startup initiatives
- Engage with startups and ecosystem partners
- Assist in startup sourcing and evaluation
- Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, and event materials
- Maintain stakeholder databases and trackers
- Provide execution support for ongoing programmes
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good co-ordination skills
- Intercultural skills and adaptability
- Ability to work in a team environment
