Following the engaging discussions and strong participation in our first GCC workshop, we are pleased to organise 2nd Functional Workshop on Global Capability Centers (GCC) as part of our continued series for senior leadership.
Building on the foundation of Awareness, Desire, and Vision, this workshop will focus on the theme: Analyse | Apply | Build — enabling participants to translate insights into actionable strategies and organizational roadmaps.

Workshop Objective:
This session is designed to help participants critically analyse GCC frameworks, apply learnings through real-world case studies, and build context-specific strategies for their organizations. Through collaborative discussions and immersive activities, the workshop aims to bring clarity, alignment, and direction towards shaping future-ready GCCs.
Workshop Moderator:
Aditya Adavi is the Center Head for BGSW Pune and Vice President – APAC Region at Bosch SDS. With extensive experience across product management, sales, consulting, and delivery, he brings strong cross-functional expertise in scaling global capability centers. He is a strong advocate of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies, and plays a key role in driving innovation and building future-ready global capabilities.
