Strengthen your organisation’s in-house training capabilities with the Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA) – International | Full Version, a German Train-the-Trainer programme designed specifically for the Indian market.
This programme equips HR and Training Managers, senior trainers, training supervisors and department heads with practical knowledge and skills to plan, deliver, assess and continuously improve effective company-based training programmes. It introduces key principles of the German Dual VET system, adapted to the Indian context.
Programme Highlights
- Duration: Approx. 100 hours over 11 weeks
- Format: 1-week workshop in Pune + 10 weeks online
- Online sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Methodology: Workshops, case studies, exercises, group work and project work
- Examination: Based on the DIHK examination framework
- Certification: Joint IGCC–DIHK certification
- Fee: INR 60,000 + GST per participant
The programme is particularly relevant for companies and TVET institutions involved in skilling, upskilling, reskilling, apprenticeships and industry-integrated training.
Participants will strengthen their capabilities in training programme design, coaching and knowledge transfer, workplace learning, trainee assessment and performance evaluation, while gaining practical insights into applying elements of the German Dual Training approach in India.
