The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) is pleased to invite you to an exclusive, closed-door workshop for senior HR leaders on “HR Leadership in the Age of AI.” This curated forum is designed for CXOs and CHROs to move beyond experimentation and translate AI into meaningful business and people outcomes.
AI is rapidly reshaping how value is created—but leadership will determine how people experience this transformation. This session brings together a select group of enterprise HR leaders for a high-trust, peer-driven discussion focused on strategy, skills, and human-centred performance in an AI-powered organization.
This workshop is lead by Anu Sethi, Director of HR & Administration at FEV India Pvt Ltd, a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in driving HR strategy, leadership development & organisational transformation.
She is a culture architect, and her work focuses on specialise areas such as talent strategy, change management, and building future-ready HR capabilities—bringing deep practical insights to people-centric AI adoption. Her unique style is handling unionised workforces with sensitivity & fairness and also leading the GCC for Global IT team at FEV. She is also actively engaged in industry leadership as the President of the Talegaon Dabhade Industrial Association, and a recognised voice in HR.
