The Invitation
The program is based on the fundamental belief, “When leaders evolve; organizations, cultures and systems evolve. And hence, this program is for those who are curious to explore leadership as an ongoing process of personal evolution, who recognize that personal development and leadership development are inseparable, and who want to better understand the connection - how our patterns of thinking, sources of power, sense of purpose and level of awareness shape the way we lead, influence others and create organisational cultures.

The Experience
Throughout the day, participants will explore two developmental frameworks through reflective inquiry, dialogue, guided exercises, group work, and experiential learning. Together, these two frameworks offer a practical, contextual roadmap for understanding where we are today, what the next stage of development is, and how we can consciously participate in that evolution.
- The Stages of Personal Power: A developmental map for recognizing where we draw our sense of identity, power, purpose, and influence and how those sources of power shape the way we relate and lead.
- The Stages of Organizational Maturity: This model is a framework for recognizing the cultural dynamics from which organizations operate, and how those dynamics shape the way people exercise leadership.
