In a world shaped by rapid technological disruption and growing geopolitical complexity, a new international forum is set to make its debut: the Global Security and Innovation Summit (GSIS) will take place on 22–23 October 2025 at the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg.

Hamburg was selected as the host city for compelling reasons. Its strategic location at the crossroads of Western Europe, the Nordic countries, and the Baltic region positions it as a natural hub for open international dialogue. Combined with its economic significance and dynamic innovation ecosystem, Hamburg offers the ideal setting for an event focused on shaping the future of global security.

Technology and innovation are both a challenge and an opportunity for security establishments around the globe. GSIS will address how technological advancements are transforming the global security landscape, and what that means for governments, businesses, and institutions worldwide. From AI and cyber defense to infrastructure resilience, economic security, and the future of multilateralism, the summit will offer an interdisciplinary platform to develop forward-looking strategies and solutions. GSIS will address this broad topic and develop answers for an increasingly interconnected world.

Organized by Hamburg Messe und Congress (HMC) in strategic partnership with the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), the summit brings together global leaders from government, business, technology, and academia. It aims to foster dialogue and drive collaboration at the highest levels.

Participation in GSIS is by invitation only, with delegate applications evaluated by an independent selection committee based on professional excellence, international perspective, and strategic relevance. The Delegate Pass is priced at €3,000 plus VAT.
