Welcoming our new members at IGCC – Q1 2026, and building stronger connections within the Indo-German business community

As part of our Chamber’s growing initiative to engage with member companies, the Mumbai office hosted a New Members ‘Orientation Session on 25^th March at our office.  The agenda was to connect with member companies in the Mumbai region who have recently joined our network, introduce the IGCC Team, Chamber Benefits and Services, and give each participating company the opportunity to introduce themselves and share a short overview of their work and interests.  The session was well attended with 17 companies who participated.  The participating companies included few from the logistic industry, banking and finance sector, advisory firms, education & management institutes and manufacturing companies. A brief round of introductions was followed by Mrs Radhieka Mehta, Regional Director – Mumbai, who greeted the members and spoke about the Chamber and its 70-year journey and our accomplishments in fostering Indo-German business relations.  Mr Tom Reiner, Director, DE International Services Coordination, discussed and fielded questions on the various services of the Chamber.  It was followed by a brief presentation on Member Benefits & Services. A virtual orientation session was organised the evening of the same day for those members who could not attend personally.  There was a good presence of engineering, automotive, chemicals and allied industry members. Both the sessions garnered a very good response. The members expressed their gratitude and pleasure for facilitating such engaging and insightful networking sessions.
