We are looking for a strategic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a sales team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and operate our department in Pune
- Lead and manage all aspects of business operations
- Directly manage and develop a Sales team
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Builds a strong relationship with key Customers and business partners to advance our business
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
- Cross-Site collaboration with our Management and team in Germany, Poland and USA
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience in industry, in a manufacturing environment including 5+ years in senior leadership / people management role
- Experience abroad (Germany or another European country) or work experience with a German company
- Solid functional knowledge of all department operations
- Knowledge / experience in Administration would be a plus
- Proven success in Sales
- Excellent communication, strong negotiation and networking skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required
- Strong leadership and team management skills are essential
- Ability to travel internationally
- Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Knowledge of computer based administrative systems (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus

Job location: Chennai
The role serves as a central point of contact for both national and international customer inquiries related to company’s measurement technology, cloud platforms, and telemetry devices and with a focus on the software solutions, sensor platforms, and IoT systems.
The selected candidates will be responsible for structured issue analysis, working closely with development and product teams to ensure a reliable and efficient support process.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or Technical/Business Informatics
- Alternatively, a comparable technical education with relevant experience
- Also suitable for former software developers who no longer wish to code actively but want to apply their technical understanding in a support-oriented, cross-functional role

Second-Level Support (National):
- Perform detailed fault analysis using log files, remote access tools, and test environments
