Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership of our Indian subsidiary
- Further development of our existing business activities and market presence in India
- Active management and expansion of key customer and partner relationships
- Identification and development of new business opportunities and market
potential - Development and implementation of sustainable sales and market strategies
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts
- Close collaboration with the German headquarters and international teams
within the Group - Representation of the company towards customers, business partners, and
industry organizations - Monitoring of market, industry, and competitive developments
- Coordination and support of local sales and service activities
Your Profile - Several years of experience in technical sales within mechanical engineering,
plant engineering, or industrial capital goods - Proven track record in market development and customer relationship
management - Strong technical understanding, ideally in filtration technology, environmental
technology, process engineering, or industrial systems - Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sales orientation and hands-on mentality
- Experience in the Indian industrial market environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of initiative and independent working style
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to take long-term responsibility and actively shape business
development

We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably someone familiar with Indian statutory filings. Your Role as an Accounts Executive:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform bank reconciliations and provide active support in month-end closures
- Prepare detailed GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC working files, ensuring compliance and timely submission
- Support audit documentation, compliance tracking, and assist in internal and external audits
- Ensure timely data entry and ledger updates in Tally; familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage
- Maintain clear documentation and proactively resolve queries related to financial operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure financial accuracy
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure to statutory compliance in India
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CMA Inter / CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
- A basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP)
- Working knowledge of Tally is a must; SAP experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembly, commissioning, parameterization and repair of our dosing systems at our customers‘ sites.
- Conduct trainings, educate customers about operating our equipment, periodic maintenance and provide support for customers on technical issues.
- Planning and execution of servicing & commissioning assignments for South India region.
- Provide support for our customers during in-house and on-site trials.

Interim General Manager | Energy Sector
An international company from the Energy sector is looking for an Interim General Manager
The Interim General Manager will ensure proper execution and continuity of the company's business operations at the NCR site. The incumbent will monitor company’s strategy and create the right conditions for its realization. The candidate will represent the company both internally and externally.
The position reports directly to the Board of Directors in India and will collaborate closely with various team leads, including the Director of Operations, Finance Manager, and others. The role involves regular communication and coordination with multiple departments and functions—such as Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Sales, R&D, and Business Development—both within the onsite team and across the Group’s global offices.
