A leading international company producing cutting blades for a wide range of industrial applications like the construction, automotive, industrial meat processing, medical technology. 

 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a sales team, and drive business growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and operate our department in Pune
  • Lead and manage all aspects of business operations
  • Directly manage and develop a Sales team
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Builds a strong relationship with key Customers and business partners to advance our business
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
  • Cross-Site collaboration with our Management and team in Germany, Poland and USA

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 10 years of experience in industry, in a manufacturing environment including 5+ years in senior leadership / people management role
  • Experience abroad (Germany or another European country) or work experience with a German company
  • Solid functional knowledge of all department operations
  • Knowledge / experience in Administration would be a plus
  • Proven success in Sales
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of computer based administrative systems (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus

  • Technical consulting and competent support for an international customer portfolio

  • Preparation of offers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
  • Analyzing and actively monitoring market’s potential, industry trends and competitor activities
  • Representing the company at trade shows in India and abroad

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing is a plus

IT Support Engineer (2nd Level)

A leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of instrumentation for the water industry. For more than 4 decades, the company works in the field of flow measurements and is one of the worldwide leading companies in this sector. Including a consistent software platform for automation and cloud services as well as the process conducting system, it provides customised IoT solutions.
 

 

Job location: Chennai

 

The role serves as a central point of contact for both national and international customer inquiries related to company’s measurement technology, cloud platforms, and telemetry devices and with a focus on the software solutions, sensor platforms, and IoT systems.

 

The selected candidates will be responsible for structured issue analysis, working closely with development and product teams to ensure a reliable and efficient support process.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or Technical/Business Informatics
  • Alternatively, a comparable technical education with relevant experience
  • Also suitable for former software developers who no longer wish to code actively but want to apply their technical understanding in a support-oriented, cross-functional role
  • Good verbal and written fluency in English
     

Second-Level Support (National):

 

  • Perform detailed fault analysis using log files, remote access tools, and test environments
  • Collaborate closely with the development team and, if needed, third-level support
  • Execute software updates and rollouts based on internal specifications
  • Train and support the first-level support team
  • Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base

 

Skill set:

 

3 – 7 years’ experience and knowledge in the following areas:
 

  • Client-server architecture
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA)
  • Connectivity troubleshooting (firewalls, DNS, ports)
  • API integrations (REST, SOAP)

  • SQL basics (queries for debugging)
  • Ticketing systems
  • Windows & Linux OS usage

  • ITIL principles (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Basic cybersecurity (e.g. TLS, Auth, certificates)
