Job Description: Sr. Service Engineer (Bengaluru Location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembly, commissioning, parameterization and repair of our dosing systems at our customers‘ sites.
- Conduct trainings, educate customers about operating our equipment, periodic maintenance and provide support for customers on technical issues.
- Planning and execution of servicing & commissioning assignments for South India region.
- Provide support for our customers during in-house and on-site trials.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, trial report, expense reports & database of existing installations and track their health in South India region.
- Responsible for always ensuring complete customer satisfaction by attending to customer complaints, technical queries related to servicing & maintenance, perform troubleshooting.
- Responsible for procuring Spares, Consumables, and AMCs business for the company.
- Required to travel throughout India whenever required.
- Build and maintain respectful & productive relationships with all stakeholders/business partners of our company.
- Ensure internal process quality and suggest improvements to increase process effectiveness.
- Whenever required, help co-ordinate with sales & marketing activities, participation in exhibitions, establishing first contact with potential customers and acquired enquiries.
Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in commissioning, servicing of mechanical & electrical equipment.
- Proven experience in dealing with customers from automotive, auto ancillary and related industry is required.
- Working knowledge of fluid dynamics, pneumatics, control panels and reading electrical circuits is an added advantage.
- High service orientation and willingness to travel.
- Should have excellent communication skills (email & telephone); reading, writing & speaking in English language a must.
- Both Tamil and Kannada speaking skills will be an advantage
- Should have problem solving attitude and cost-conscious thinking.
- Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, team player and have positive attitude towards day-to-day challenges.
- Graduate: B.E./B.Tech, Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
- Postgraduate: Not a necessity, will be considered as advantage.

Interim General Manager | Energy Sector
An international company from the Energy sector is looking for an Interim General Manager
The Interim General Manager will ensure proper execution and continuity of the company's business operations at the NCR site. The incumbent will monitor company’s strategy and create the right conditions for its realization. The candidate will represent the company both internally and externally.
The position reports directly to the Board of Directors in India and will collaborate closely with various team leads, including the Director of Operations, Finance Manager, and others.
