About the Role:
The Program Manager, Vocational Education and Training will be based in Pune and the responsibilities will include:
- Proposal Development: Conceptualize and draft high-quality business proposals, presentations, and budgets for Vocational Education & Training (VET) services, targeting German and Indian companies as well as Government stakeholders.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct data-driven research and analysis of global VET initiatives, programs, and models. Identify and document best practices to inform and strengthen IGCC's offerings.
- Key Account Management: Manage relationships with existing VET clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and exploring opportunities for value addition and growth.
- Program Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts for the development of training curricula and the organization of capacity-building programs.
- Training Delivery & QA: Oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, including delivery, monitoring, examination, documentation, and quality assurance.
Educational Qualifications & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any professional discipline is a must
- Master’s degree in business administration is preferred
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in business consulting, pre-sales, or project management, preferably in the Vocational Education and Training (VET), education, or professional training sector
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong business proposal writing skills
- Excellent business presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Excel
- Project conceptualization, development, administration, and management
- Key account management and client relationship handling
Travel Requirement:
- The role may require occasional travel within the region or domestically

Senior Executive, Accounts and Finance | Mumbai

This position (Senior Executive, Accounts and Finance) is based in Mumbai, India and reports to the Manager – Accounts & Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Taxation & Audit support:
- Monitoring Consolidation of Branch and Head office accounts and scrutiny of Trial Balance and ledger a/cs. and necessary rectification entries
- Preparation of fact sheets/ statements for Income Tax / GST audits
- Payment of TDS
- Payment of GST on service invoices as per ledger on the due date
- Preparing Tax Deduction at Source(TDS) certificates on employees’ salary tax deductions and on payments to suppliers
- Preparation of Schedules / Statements as per Audit requirements/ attending to Auditors queries till the stage of Partner review.
- Preparation of and Consolidation of Financial Statements, supports towards Tax Audits, GST Audits, Statutory Audits.
Handle Statutory Compliances and accounting:
- Review and preparation along with finalization of GST/TDS/PF/PT data
- Preparation of data for Tax assessments and notices along with co-ordination with consultants
Undertake operational accounting tasks in Tally accounting software:
- Booking and generation of purchase/expense and sales invoice accounting with subsequent accounts payable and receivable entries
- Booking of Bank/Cash payments and receipts along with JV’s in tally
- Booking of Bank Receipts and Payments entries
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing entries and reconciliation
Carry out operational work in relation to other accounting tasks:
- Perform/Prepare Bank, Debtors, Creditors Reconciliations.
- Preparation of data for Payments, Invoicing, Statutory Audit, MIS, Budgeting process
- Support in Fixed Assets Accounting/Reconciliations and depreciation accounting/calculation.
Support and undertake operational work on special projects, such as:
- Requirement gathering for new accounting & planning system configuration
- Prepare input and output templates to suit system design
- Coordinate with system provider for configuration and feature updates
- Participate in user testing process and review
- Outreach to respective internal stakeholders for various activities related to new system roll-out
Education and Qualifications:
- Inter CA
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
Functional Skills:
- Proficient in Tally, covering knowledge of entries, as well as Masters creation
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and policies
- Working knowledge of GST/TDS/PF/PT
- Working knowledge of Cost Centre Accounting and Budgeting
- Expertise and in-depth experience in Operational Accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Effective communication and co-ordination skills
