The flagship train-the-trainer qualification for India, based on German quality standards.

With global competition, it’s employees’ skills and competence levels that provide a competitive edge to a company. Effective skill development is no longer a task of trainers, but also leaders need to continuously coach their team members on the job. The train-the-trainer concept “Ausbildung der Ausbilder” (AdA) – International (Basic Version) qualifies professionals across functions for this important task. Based on best practices of German dual training, the program enables participants to prepare customised training plans, select the most suitable training methods and evaluate the learning outcomes of trainees. On successful passing, participants are awarded an internationally recognized certificate by DIHK and IGCC. AdA Basic is the essential trainer qualification for everyone entrusted with training, coaching or mentoring other employees.

Course fees:
25,999 INR + GST for members | 29,999 INR + GST for non-members

The course fee includes:

• Live online seminars
• Official course handbook by DIHK
• Access to e-learning module and Miro board used during seminars
• Examination and certification fee

Target Group: Training associates, on-job trainers & team leaders who are willing to step into the shoes of qualified trainer or coach by learning the methodology and pedagogics for implementation of successful training.

Time demand:
In order to successfully complete the course and examination will need about 10-12 hours per week. There will be 3 live online seminars per week, with a duration of 4 hours each, including breaks. Each session is documented on a Miro board and complemented with self-learning content in form of an e-learning course and the official course handbook.
