The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) in collaboration with the Indo-German Energy Forum Support Office (IGEF-SO) is organizing a business delegation on green hydrogen to Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany) from 19th to 25th November 2023.
Proposed Programme:
- Briefing by IGCC, energiewaechter and IGEF-SO
- Visit to European Hydrogen Week (Brussels) – High level conference of business leaders of the hydrogen value chain (conference and exhibition)
- Participation in networking events on Indo-European green hydrogen cooperation
- Company visit to John Cockerill (Belgium) – Company visit and information about alkaline electrolysers technology (tbc)
- Tour through the Port of Rotterdam (Netherlands) – Information about hydrogen projects, e.g., green ammonia import, on-site generation, connecting suppliers and offtakers (tbc)
- Hydrogen research campus H2Herten (Germany) – In a former coal mining area, the research hub is showcasing hydrogen applications and providing a playing ground for startups
- Port of Duisburg (Germany) – The future hydrogen hub for the industry in western Germany – the largest inland port in Europe; nearby connected to the chemical and steel industries of North Rhine-Westphalia
- Further meetings with green hydrogen stakeholders in Europe
The cost of participation will be Rs 1,25,000/ plus 18% GST (Rupees One Lac twenty-five thousand only Plus eighteen percent GST)
Cost will include:
- Invitation letter for business visa
- Health insurance from a German company
- Briefing of delegation and logistic/technical accompaniment for the entire duration of the delegation
- Participation at European Hydrogen Week 2023
- 6 nights, 3/4-star hotel (single occupancy) incl. breakfast
- All Transfers (bus/train/public transport) during the stay in Germany as per the agenda
- Airport pick-up in Brussels on 19.11.2023
- Assistance with airport transfer on 25.11.2023
- Meals (lunch & dinner) as per the agenda
- Participation in all visits/ meetings/ seminars/ workshops/ trade fairs as per the agenda
- Accompanying bilingual coordinators
