The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) is organizing a Fact-Finding Mission to Germany from 23rd September – 27th September 2024 on ‘Offshore Wind Energy', in cooperation with eclareon GmbH. This project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) as a part of the German Energy Solutions Initiative.
The delegation programme will include a visit to the WindEnergy Exhibition, Hamburg and site visits on other days. Furthermore, the Kick-off Event on the first day provides learning with experts in the Offshore Wind energy sector in Germany, on topics ranging from regulatory frameworks and market incentivisation to the latest technical developments.

- Visit to a renowned research institute dedicated to advancing wind energy technology
- Visit to control room equipped with advanced simulation technology
- Visit to an Offshore Wind energy park
- Visit to a training centre that specialises in providing comprehensive education and skills development tailored for the wind energy sector
- Visit to a German offshore industry centre that serves as a pivotal hub for the country's offshore energy sector
