The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Textile Sector Skill Council and the South India Textile Research Association invites textile manufacturers and exporters to our sponsored " Healthcare and Safety Practices During Covid-19 in Textile Industry” Training.
The training is organised by the IGCC within the framework of a project in cooperation with the Business Scouts for Development programme which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The new wave of coronavirus wave has the potential to halt the recovery of the textile industries in India and put its workers under high health risks. As the textile companies are continuing their efforts to resume their operations, the IGCC seeks to support textile companies and their workers to ensure the continuation of their operations amidst covid-19 and the wave of the Omicron variant.
The training will impart participants with the knowledge to ensure the safe operation of textile manufacturers in India and protect workers against the danger of the covid-19. Focusing on hygiene practices, protocols and technical aspects of health and safety for workers and employees working in the textile sectors.
