Grüne Woche or Green Week is one of the most traditional trade fairs nationwide and one of the best-known events in Germany. This international exhibition of the food, agriculture and gardening industries has underlined its role as the world’s leading trade fair for agriculture, the food industry and horticulture.

In 2023, around 300,000 visitors attended the ten-day event on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

For these ten days, the International Green Week was the stage and forum for debating the future of the food and farming industries. Discussion focused on the global and regional challenges due to multiple crises such as climate change, biodiversity loss, wars and interrupted supply chains in the food and farming industries. Solutions for achieving sustainable products and production methods were presented and discussed. Over 1,400 exhibitors from 60 countries contributed to the diversity of Green Week 2023. 

The 88th edition of Grüne Woche will take place from January 19 to 28, 2024.
