The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) in collaboration with the Indo-German Energy Forum Support Office (IGEF-SO) is organizing a Business Delegation on PV and Green Hydrogen to Intersolar Europe Munich (Germany) 12th - 17th June 2023.
Business Program:
- Briefing by IGCC, energiewächter and IGEF-SO
- Field visits to AgriPV plants around Munich.
- Site visit to Green Hydrogen demo plant around Munich (tbc).
- Exclusive guided tour through the trade fair and visit of selected company representatives with special interest in India.
- Business to Government Roundtable (tbc).
- Indo-German Energy Dialogue on Solar Power and Green Hydrogen in India.
- Optional (at own cost): visit of BMW World with solar powered electric fast charging infrastructure, Munich.
The cost of participation will be Rs. 99,550/- Plus 18% GST (Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Rupees plus applicable Government taxes)
Cost will include:
- Invitation letter for Business Visa
- Health insurance from a German company
- Briefing of delegation
- Entry ticket to Intersolar Europe, Munich (Germany)
- 5 nights, 3-star hotel (single occupancy) incl. breakfast
- All Transfers during the stay in Germany as per the program
- Airport transfers will only be organized for the 12th and 17th of June 2023.
- Meals (lunch & dinner) as per the program
- Participation in all visits/ meetings/ seminars/ workshops/ trade fairs (as per the agenda)
- Accompanying bilingual coordinators
We have limited seats; hence we request you to please register latest by 28th April 2023 with the following documents: duly filled, signed, and stamped registration form & declaration form, scanned copy of passport & passport size photographs & your company brochure (soft copy).
