The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) in collaboration with the Indo-German Energy Forum Support Office (IGEF-SO), is organizing a business delegation on the topic of Green Hydrogen to Germany (Hannover and Berlin) from 15^th to 20^th April 2023.

Highlights of the business delegation:

• Visit to Hannover Messe (3 days at the trade fair incl. welcome by trade fair representative and guided tour through the trade fair with visits of selected companies with special interest in India)
• Briefing by IGCC, GIZ and Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF-SO) & welcome dinner
• Indo-German Dialogue Event on Green Hydrogen (tbc)
• Optional: participation at the H2ECO Award ceremony 2023
• Business Roundtable on Green Hydrogen
• Site visit in Berlin on the topic of Green Hydrogen (tbc)

The cost of participation per person in the business delegation will be:

Option 1: Arrival in and departure from Berlin (5 nights) – 15^th -20^th April 2023.

Rs 1,48,500/- Plus 18% GST (Rupees One lac forty-eight thousand five hundred plus applicable taxes)

Option 2: Arrival in and departure from Hannover (3 nights) – 16^th -19^th April 2023.

Rs 1,18,500/- /- Plus 18% GST (Rupees One lac eighteen thousand five hundred plus applicable taxes)

Cost will include:

• Invitation letter for Business Visa.
• Health Insurance from a German company.
• 3-day entry ticket to Hannover Messe.
• 3/4 Star Hotel, single occupancy, with Wi-Fi (as per the option selected by you)
• Briefing of delegation
• Transfers during the stay in Germany (bus/train) (excluding airport transfers in Berlin and Hannover)
• Meals (breakfast & dinner only)
• Participation in all visits /meeting /seminars/conferences /workshops/trade fairs (as per the agenda)
• Accompanying bilingual coordinators.

We have limited seats; hence we request you to please register latest by of 24^th of February 2023, with the following documents: duly filled, signed, and stamped registration form & declaration form, scanned copy of passport & a passport size photographs & your company brochure (soft copy).

Please note: Submission of application does not confirm participation. We will review the profiles and revert to the applicants latest by 6^th of March 2023.

Once the participation is confirmed you are requested to submit participation fee via bank transfer, cheque /DD (details below). Latest by the 10^th of March 2023.
