The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) in collaboration with the Indo-German Energy Forum Support Office (IGEF-SO) is organizing a business delegation on the topic of Green Hydrogen to Brussels (Belgium), Rotterdam (Netherlands), and Essen (Germany) from 8^th to 13^th May 2023.

Program:

• Briefing on the agenda by IGCC, IGEF & Energiewächter
• Briefing on green hydrogen production and consumption in Europe
• Meeting with EU representatives e.g. topics such as import requirements for green hydrogen as well as existing and upcoming green hydrogen related policies
• Meeting with other stakeholders, e.g. Hydrogen Europe or Clean Hydrogen Partnership Europe, providing different perspectives on European market ramp-up and sustainability criteria of green hydrogen
• Visit to the World Hydrogen Exhibition and World Energy Storage Exhibition in Rotterdam incl. a guided tour through the trade fair with focus on companies with special interest in India
• Participation in Indo-Dutch Energy Dialogue on Green Hydrogen
• Port of Rotterdam Tour with visits of largest electrolyser field of Europe and Ammonia terminals
• Visit to DVGW-CERT hydrogen testing facility in Essen with testing lab on high pressure line testing and explosive testing (tbc)

The cost of participation per person in the business delegation will be Rs 1,23,200/- Plus 18% GST (Rupees One lakh twenty-three thousand two hundred plus applicable Government taxes)

Cost will include:

• Invitation letter for Business Visa
• Health insurance from a German company
• Briefing of delegation
• Entry ticket to World Hydrogen Exhibition
• 5 nights hotel (single occupancy) incl. breakfast
• All transfers during the stay in Germany as per the program
• Meals (lunch & dinner)
• Participation in all visits/ meetings/ seminars/ workshops/ trade fairs (as per the agenda)
• Accompanying bilingual coordinators

We have limited seats; hence we request you to please register latest by 31^st March, 2023 with the following documents: duly filled, signed, and stamped registration form & declaration form, scanned copy of passport & a passport size photographs & your company brochure (soft copy).
