The IGCC SustainMarkets "Supply Chain Due Diligence Manager" Certification Course (Hybrid Format) is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate due diligence into their business operations.

In today’s global business environment, supply chain due diligence is more than just a compliance requirement—it’s a key driver of responsible business practices, risk management, and long-term sustainability. Supply chain due diligence refers to the measures taken by a company to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for human rights and environmental risks within its supply chains. By implementing effective due diligence measures, businesses can enhance operational resilience, strengthen stakeholder trust, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory frameworks.

One such regulatory framework is the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG), which first came into effect in January 2023. This law requires companies to establish and maintain robust due diligence processes to manage human rights risks within their supply chains. Additionally, the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) will further expand due diligence obligations for companies operating within or doing business with the EU. These regulations apply not only to German companies but also indirectly impact Indian subsidiaries of German firms and business partners operating in the Indo-German trade corridor, making supply chain due diligence a critical business requirement.

With increasing expectations from regulators, investors, and business partners, companies must proactively implement due diligence frameworks to gain a competitive edge. The IGCC SustainMarkets "Supply Chain Due Diligence Manager" Certification Course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate due diligence into their business operations.
