To support German and Indian SMEs and MNC’s in India, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with amfori, is implementing training on the topic of business and human rights, including the German and Indian National Action Plans (NAP). The training will provide companies with workable knowledge and the means to create a sound monitoring system geared toward business continuity.

Description:
The training will be conducted virtually and consists of 8 webinar series on Human Rights Due Diligence and the German and Indian (Zero Draft) NAPs on Business and Human Rights.
The training is conducted within the framework of the NAP Project implemented by the IGCC in cooperation with the ExperTS program, which is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Target Audience:
High-Level Decision Makers at the Small and Medium Enterprises in India with a business link to Germany.

Training Composition:
This is composed of a series of 8 webinars covering Introduction, Strategic Planning and Implementation with a total duration of 22 hours. Attendance for all webinars in the series is mandatory.
