Further, to enhance awareness and compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct, a dedicated Green Supply Chain portal has been implemented. Through this portal, we engaged with our partners and completed a sustainability self-assessment. Bharat Forge is committed to adhering to sustainability in all its operations.
In line with our commitment towards the environment and reducing emissions, Bharat Forge has set a clear target of planting 1 million trees by 2030. This year, we initiated this effort by planting over 100,000 saplings through several community initiatives. Notably, our employees actively volunteered and made valuable contributions to this initiative. Our ongoing journey towards adopting more and more greener initiatives continues.
