We take great pride in hosting two workshops led by top-tier faculty, focusing on trending subjects like ‘Project Management’ and ‘Regulatory Compliance under Trade and Customs’ in Pune and Mumbai, respectively.
Pune hosted a two-day Project Management Workshop, convened on the 11th and 12th of July. This workshop garnered significant participation from managers and senior professionals across India, all enthusiastic about refining their project management skills and gaining fresh insights into effective project execution.
Parallelly, Mumbai recently hosted a highly impactful one-day workshop on 'Regulatory Compliance under Trade and Customs' on July 11th, 2024. This workshop was designed to equip participants with a thorough understanding of the intricate laws and regulations governing international trade. Participants gained valuable insights into local import/export regulations, including goods classification, valuation, tax compliance, and essential documentation requirements for shipments.
These workshops attracted a diverse group of participants from fields such as General Management, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Strategy, which fostered a rich exchange of ideas and experiences, further enhancing the learning experience for everyone involved. Participants benefitted from the expertise of industry leaders and our key speakers and visiting faculty members, Mr. Ravindra Kale for ‘Project Management’ and Mr. Sudhakar Kasture for ‘Regulatory Compliance under Trade and Customs’. They shared their deep knowledge and vast experiences during the workshops.
The faculty for Project Management, Mr. Ravindra Kale, has more than 3 decades of industry experience with a strong passion for Training, Facilitation & Consulting. His industry experience includes Business Excellence, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance & New Product Development Systems. He has previously worked as a General Manager, Business Excellence, Automotive Sector with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He has driven various initiatives like TQM, TPM (for Manufacturing Plants) Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping.
Mr. Sudhakar Kasture is the Director of Helpline Impex Pvt. Ltd. and EXIM Institute, He is also an advisor and consultant to numerous prestigious companies including Blue Star, BKT, Godrej Group, Huber Group, HUL, Marico, MRPL, Siemens, and ThyssenKrupp, Mr. Kasture's expertise spans Foreign Trade Policy, World Trade Organization (WTO), Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Customs Regulations, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Regulations, and Non-Tariff Barriers.
Feedback from the attendees was extremely positive. Many appreciated the practical insights and real-world applications discussed during the sessions. The opportunity to network with professionals from different industries was a bonus. Participants were awarded a certification from the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, adding significant value to their professional portfolios.
