… initiatives towards making significant strides in transforming the lives of underprivileged children and supporting community development.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) forms a cornerstone of Kübler India's mission to give back to society. Through dedicated projects and partnerships, Kübler India has been actively contributing to the well-being and development of underprivileged communities.
Two key CSR initiatives undertaken by Kübler India are Support for the NGO School run by Shri Devi Pavnadevi Kripa Shikshan Vikas Mandal in Baparde Juweshwar, Devgad District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra and the Samvaad Project, in collaboration with the Help for Children in Need Foundation.
NGO School (Shri Devi Pavnadevi Kripa Shikshan Vikas Mandal Baparde Juweshwar)
This initiative aims to offer free education to underprivileged children, primarily those of marginal-income farmers and labourers, ensuring that these children receive the educational opportunities they deserve.
- Construction of Laboratories and Classes
Kübler India supported the construction of well-equipped laboratories and classrooms to provide a conducive learning environment for the children. These facilities are essential for delivering quality education and fostering an interest in science and technology among the students.
- Staff Salaries
In addition to infrastructure support, Kübler India contributes to the salaries of the school's staff, ensuring that qualified teachers are available to deliver high-quality education. This support helps maintain a stable and effective educational program for the children.
Samvaad Project (Help for Children in Need Foundation)
- Construction of Counselling Room and Waiting Area at Juvenile Justice Board Premises in Yerwada, Pune
Project Samvaad was initiated in January 2023 with the objective of supporting and improving the situation of children in conflict with the law (CCL) and children in need of care and protection (CNCP) in Pune. Two full-time counsellors were appointed by HCNF at the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Pune. Kübler India facilitated the construction of a counselling room and waiting area at the Juvenile Justice Board premises in Yerwada, Pune. The structure features a concrete floor and necessary amenities to create a supportive environment for the children.
Children are being referred to the Samvaad team of counsellors, based on the primary interaction of the CWC members with the children in distress. The counsellors speak with the child and the parents if needed, to understand the case history and conduct some interesting activities for rapport building with the child. The observations and recommendations are submitted to the Child Welfare Committees for further decision and action towards rehabilitation of the child. Group sessions are also organized for children, encouraging them to develop and nurture their hobbies and providing them with an opportunity to learn from and interact with different people.
The Samvaad team conducted multiple individual counselling sessions with 49 children coming from various parts of the district.
The project involves individual counselling sessions tailored to each child's needs, providing them with emotional and psychological support. Additionally, community activities are organized to engage the children constructively, fostering positive development and social integration.
- Impact and Vision
Through these initiatives, Kübler India is making significant strides in transforming the lives of underprivileged children and supporting community development. The Samvaad Project helps vulnerable children rebuild their lives and find new paths to success, while the NGO School ensures that underprivileged children have access to education and a brighter future.
Kübler India remains committed to its CSR vision, continuously seeking opportunities to support and uplift communities and contribute to a more equitable and prosperous society.
Special thanks to Kübler India’s Managing Directors, Gebhard Kübler, Lothar Kübler and Martin Huth for supporting the accomplishment of CSR activities.
