The vibrant spirit of Bavaria descended upon Pune on October 28th and 29th, 2023, transforming the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC) into a lively hub for beer enthusiasts, music lovers, and food connoisseurs during the Pune Oktoberfest 2023. With a staggering turnout of over 3500 participants, the event exceeded expectations, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
A defining moment of the Pune Oktoberfest was the traditional Keg tapping ceremony led by esteemed Platinum and Gold partners, alongside IGCC Director General Stefan Halusa and Deputy General Ute Brockmann. This ceremonial kick-off set the tone for the ensuing revelry, marking the beginning of two days filled with merriment.
The heartbeat of the festival pulsated with an electrifying performance by the renowned Oktoberfest band, Die Kirchdorfer. Their authentic Bavarian tunes and foot-stomping beats had the crowd on their feet, infusing the event with the true essence of Oktoberfest. Die Kirchdorfer's two-day presence turned the festival into a joyous celebration of music and dance, leaving an indelible mark on the memories of all who attended.
