28/11/2024

thyssenkrupp nucera India has further expanded its set up in Mumbai, India, with a new office space. The new office is located at Godrej Two, Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli East, Mumbai. The company started its operations in India in October 2023.

thyssenkrupp nucera, a supplier of world-leading technologies for high-efficiency electrolysis plants, offers solutions for the Chlor-Alkali and Green Hydrogen businesses. Its pre-eminent position in the former accounts for a domestic market share of around 70%. In the Green Hydrogen space, it is actively promoting its Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE) technology with its standardized 20-megawatt module scalum® as a core element to accelerating the shift toward a sustainable, affordable, and reliable energy mix far from fossil fuels – and thus support India on its way to Net Zero.

“Our new office is a reflection of our expansion plans to take care of an increased workload with our Indian Customers, and also support our global entities. In the one year since we commenced operations in Mumbai, we have grown to a strong team size of 75, and we will continue the strong growth”, said Vaithyanathan Nagarajan, CEO of thyssenkrupp nucera India, on the occasion of opening their new office. “We are excited to be a part of the growth story of our Indian customers in both our core competencies.”
