Traversing HR Approaches: HR Partners Forum Meet hosted by Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited

On June 14, 2024, the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) and Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) rolled out the carpet for the much-acclaimed HR Partners Forum Meet at the SAVWIPL Chakan facility. This gathering comprised Heads of HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition & Management. The day was a delightful mix of profound discussions, strategic networking, and just the right amount of fervour to keep everyone on their toes. With brains buzzing and business cards exchanging faster than a speeding VW, the event left everyone with fresh insights and a zest for driving forward their HR endeavours.

Attendees were not only provided with a comprehensive overview of SAVWIPL's impressive operations in India but were also introduced to the diverse range of brands under the company's umbrella. This was complemented by a detailed presentation of SAVWIPL's exemplary HR practices, setting a benchmark for industry standards. The event also saw a presentation by Mira Dalvi Sahni, Director, IGTC, showcasing the recent training offerings, events, new ventures and collaborations of IGTC.
