The German trainer qualification for the Indian market
With the industry’s rapidly growing demand for skills, on-job training is imperative for securing the future of businesses. Qualifying trainers with vocational pedagogy is a first step towards developing the talent your business needs. However, in order for on-job training efforts to be sustainable, they should be anchored in a long-term framework. Thus, trainers also need to have an in-depth understanding of the legal and organizational framework conditions.
The AHK train the trainer course “Ausbildung der Ausbilder” (AdA) – International (Advanced Version) builds upon and deepens the methodological foundation established with the AdA Basic version. Based on the standards of the German Trainer Aptitude Act and adapted to the Indian framework, the unique concept enables participants to plan, prepare conduct and continually enhance successful long-term vocational training. Upon completion, candidates receive a DIHK-IGCC certificate for the AdA – International (Full Version).
